Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) + LipoB12(MIC)

Length: 8 weeks
Cost: $399
Dosage: Weeks 1-4 .25MG + 1ML LipoB12(MIC)
Weeks 5-8 .5MG + 1ML LipoB12(MIC)

*Dosing can be upped based on tolerance.

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 therapy that helps promote fullness and reduce hunger and cravings. Appetite suppression is beneficial for fasting or undergoing extended periods without food to burn fat for energy. Semaglutide activates GLP-1 receptors, which trigger satiety or fullness after a meal.  As a result, patients feel significantly less hungry when taking Semaglutide, allowing them to lose weight safely and effectively.

Maintenance Dosing for Semaglutide: You can sign up for another 8 weeks, but if you purchase individual shots, the price is $60 per shot.

Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound)

Length: 8 weeks
Cost: $799
Dosage: Weeks 1-4 2.5mg / Weeks 5-8 5mg

*Dosing can be upped based on tolerance

Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist that mimics the natural hormones GIP and GLP-1, which are released by the gut during digestion. It works by stimulating insulin release, reducing appetite, and slowing gastric emptying, leading to improved glucose control and weight management. Tirzepatide is like Semaglutide with the same appetite suppression and the same side effect profile, but less severe and less frequent.

Retatrutide

Length: 8 or 12 weeks
Cost: 8 weeks $799 / 12 weeks $1199
Dosage: Week 1-4 .5mg-2mg / Week 5-8 3mg-4mg / Week 9-12 5mg-6mg
Week 13-16 7mg-8mg / Week 16+ 8mg-12mg

*Dosing can be upped based on tolerance

Retatrutide is a synthetic peptide developed by Eli Lilly and Company to treat obesity. It’s a triple agonist that targets 3 hormones: glucagon (GLP-1), glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP), and glucagon receptors.

Why is this superior to others?

  • GLP-1 Activation: Mimics GLP-1 to slow stomach emptying, signal fullness to the brain, and reduce food cravings.
  • GIP Activation: Works with GLP-1 to improve insulin regulation and fat processing and helps reduce some side effects like nausea.
  • Glucagon Activation: Activates glucagon receptors, which boosts resting metabolic rate (thermogenesis) and directly promotes the burning of stored fat for fuel, setting it apart from older drugs.
  • Increases Fat Burning: The glucagon pathway helps the body tap into stored fat for energy.
  • Reduces Total Fat Mass: Clinical trials show significant reductions in total fat mass, especially at higher doses.
  • Decreases Liver Fat: Studies indicate it can significantly reduce liver fat in obese patients, improving liver health.
  • Supports Muscle: It doesn’t prevent muscle gain; individuals can build or preserve muscle with adequate protein and strength training, supporting body recomposition.

Our program includes an initial 8–12-week BIA (Bioimpedance analysis) that determines body fat, lean tissue and daily metabolic allowance so you know how to modify your diet to get the best result. In addition, we tell you what supplements you need to support your mitochondrial function and “fix” potential health challenges (i.e insulin resistance, fatty liver, metabolic issues, PCOS etc)

Maintenance Dose: You can sign up for another 8 weeks, but if you purchase individual shots the price is $124 per shot.

Bio Impedance Analysis

Body composition test more useful than weight, BMI.

The bathroom scale, along with body mass index (BMI) (a height to weight measurement), have long been the standards of evaluation for healthy body weight and mass. The limitations to BMI and body weight, however, are that these measurements don’t reflect how much body fat or lean muscle a person has. Excess body fat (adiposity) is at the source of many diseases and conditions, including heart disease, diabetes and cancer. A person can have a healthy weight but have too much body fat (e.g., consider a slim person with a potbelly). Having a healthy body fat to lean muscle balance is foundational to a longer, healthier life. A more accurate assessment of body composition called bioimpedance analysis (BIA) is available to calculate lean muscle mass and body fat, providing greater insight and more useful information to patients and providers.

How does bioelectrical impedance work?

Bioelectrical impedance is a painless test performed while you’re lying on a treatment couch or standing on the BIA machine. Electrodes (patches that stick to the skin) are placed on one hand and one foot. An electrical current is passed through the electrodes, passing through lean tissue as well as fatty tissue in the body. Lean tissue is more than 70 percent water and thus conducts electricity well while fatty tissue is low in water and doesn’t conduct well. Fatty tissue creates “resistance” to the flow of electrical current, and this resistance is what produces the BIA measurement.

A healthy body fat range is 15 to 25 percent of the body for women and 10 to 20 percent of the body for men. Your bioimpedance analysis results can help you and your doctor determine diet, exercise and lifestyle changes, if needed, to move toward a healthy body fat to lean muscle ratio. Bioimpedance analysis is a reliable, clinically proven and useful way to test body composition and guide you toward a healthier life.

SS-31 + NAD

Length: 8 weeks
Cost: $649

This 8-week program addresses the 3 precursors to all health problems which are systemic inflammation, insulin resistance and mitochondrial/ATP (adenosine triphosphate) shortage. It gets the body in a position to maximize Retatrutide/tirzepatide/semaglutide program and reset metabolism.

What is included in these peptide injections: SS-31 & NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)

SS-31, also known as Elamipretide, Bendavia, or MTP-131, is a synthetic peptide that targets and improves mitochondrial function. Mitochondria generate ATP (the body’s primary energy molecule), regulate cellular homeostasis, and impact nearly all physiological systems. SS-31 is a mitochondrial-targeted antioxidant with extensive therapeutic potential: mitigating oxidative stress, suppressing inflammation, maintaining mitochondrial health, and preventing cellular apoptosis.
It has several advantages over natural antioxidants and plays a key role in treating mitochondrial dysfunction-related disorders.

Benefits:

  • Increased energy (most potent energy-boosting peptide available)
  • Neutralizes free radicals and reverses oxidative stress damage
  • Anti-aging
  • Anti-inflammatory (including neuroinflammation)
  • Supports memory and cognition
  • Antifibrotic
  • Beneficial for kidney disease (activates AMPK pathway)
  • Fights insulin resistance
  • May prevent or mitigate symptoms of: Cardiovascular disease, Neurodegenerative conditions, Asthma and COPD, Age-related macular degeneration, Cancer, Barth syndrome, Primary mitochondrial myopathy, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Friedrich’s ataxia

Possible Side Effects:

  • Injection site irritation (redness, swelling, and/or itching)
  • Gas
  • Gastrointestinal upset
  • Headache
  • Dizziness
  • Signs of an allergic reaction include: fast, erratic heartbeat; profuse sweating; shortness of breath; confusion; severe weakness; loss of coordination; stiff muscles and high fever; eye symptoms including blurred vision, tunnel vision, eye pain, swelling of the eyes, seeing halos around lights

Contraindications:

  • Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Do not use if hypersensitive to mitochondrial-targeted compounds

SS-31: Reconstitution and Dosing

  • 8–12-week cycle followed by 4-8 week washout period
  • Daily Dosing
  • Dose in the A.M.- dosing at a consistent time of day is recommended
  • Take in a fasted state
  • Subcutaneous administration

*Unlike most protocols, I assigned dosing protocols appropriate to each vial size, since attempting to use 10mg vials for even a low-end standard SS-31 protocol would be extremely expensive. So while technically you COULD use 10mg vials for any of the protocols, it makes zero sense to do so.

SS-31: 30 Mg Dosing Protocols

  • Week 1:(1mg), 1x/day, 5 days/week
  • Weeks 2–8: (2mg), 1x/day, 5 days/week

NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)

NAD+ is a coenzyme that is involved in a broad number of biological functions. Starting around the age of 30, naturally occurring levels of NAD+ begin to decline, and continue to diminish as time passes. Because it is present in every living cell and aids in so many vital processes—regulating circadian rhythm, DNA repair functions, and immune system health—the decline in NAD+ levels can be linked to a number of health problems. These problems can include various cancers, neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s, and metabolic disorders.

Benefits of Supplementation with NAD+:

  • Promotes healthy aging and extends lifespan
  • Boosts energy
  • Improves overall health
  • Increases metabolism and supports weight loss
  • Protects brain cells from oxidative stress and insufficient blood flow
  • Promotes proper functioning of mitochondrial cells
  • Reduces atherosclerosis (plaque buildup in arterial walls)
  • Supports better cardiovascular health by restoring arterial elasticity
  • Maintains and/or improves cognitive function
  • Improves muscle function
  • Enhances skeletal muscle development and mitochondrial health
  • Supports immune system activity (which consumes NAD+ as it becomes more active)
  • Linked to sirtuins, proteins essential to healthy aging, metabolism regulation, DNA repair, and chromosomal stability

Contraindications:

Do NOT take NAD+ if:

  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are diabetic — use with caution due to potential insulin resistance, high blood sugar, and glucose intolerance
  • You have active cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment
  • You are taking blood pressure medications — NAD+ may enhance their effects and lead to hypotension
  • You are on anticoagulants such as Coumadin/Warfarin — NAD+ may interfere with blood clotting
  • You are taking antidepressants — NAD+ may worsen mood-related symptoms
  • You are taking NAD+ with Melatonin — may cause amplified fatigue, grogginess, or brain fog

Note: Antioxidants like Quercetin and Resveratrol can increase NAD+ levels five-fold, which may also magnify side effects such as hot flashes, nausea, skin itching/burning, calf cramps, headaches, abdominal pain, and fatigue.

Dosing Protocols:

  • Cycle up to 12 Weeks, followed by a 4-week Washout Period
  • Dose in the A.M.
  • Suggested protocol for first cycle:
    • Week 1: (50mg), 2x/week.
    • Week 2: (100mg), 2x/week
    • Weeks 3-8: (100mg), 3x/week
  • Start out at (50mg) at the beginning of cycle, and increase immediately to (100mg) as soon as that dose is tolerated.
  • Dosing is based on individual need- some people prefer 2 or 3 doses per week, and others prefer to dose daily.
  • It is vital to cycle off after 12 weeks for a 4-week washout period.
